How to Create Your First Auction
Follow this simple timeline guide to configure and publish your very first Shopify product auction with AuctionsWave.
1. Install the App
Search for AuctionsWave in the Shopify App Store and click 'Install' to add the app to your Shopify merchant admin panel.
2. Enable App Embed
Go to your Shopify Theme Editor, navigate to App Embeds in the left sidebar, find AuctionsWave, and turn the toggle on. Save your changes to allow the bidding block widget to render.
3. Navigate to Auctions Menu
Open the AuctionsWave app dashboard in your Shopify admin panel, and go to the 'Auctions' menu item to view your auctions dashboard.
4. Open Creation Form
Click the 'Create Auction' button at the top of the auctions dashboard page to open the configuration form.
5. Fill Form & Select Product
Select the Shopify product you want to put up for bidding, set the starting bid price, bid increment values, reserve price protection, and auction start/end timings.
6. Publish and View Storefront
Click 'Create' to publish your auction. Go back to your Auctions page list, find your new auction, and click the 'View' icon to preview the live bidding block on your Shopify store front!
