When customers place a bid on your auctions, we save their basic info to run the auction fairly:

• •A unique shopper number: To keep track of who placed each bid
• •Full Name: To show on the bid history list (we can hide or mask this for privacy) and to identify the winner

We store this info safely and only use it to make sure the auctions run correctly.

We only use the collected details to:

• ✓Run and manage the auctions on your store (start, stop, and record bids)
• ✓Make sure bids are real and prevent spam
• ✓Send emails to bidders when someone bids higher than them or when they win
• ✓Create a secure checkout link so the winner can pay for their item

We only share information with Shopify to create orders and update your product pages.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data or your customers' data with any marketing companies or third parties.

Customers have control over their personal data. They can request to:

• •See what auction history and email details we have saved for them
• •Delete their name and email address from our past bidding logs

Customers can ask the store owner to request this, and we will update or remove their details within 48 hours.
